 Job Description
  • The Site Admin Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support at the construction/project site. Key duties include maintaining proper documentation, assisting in data entry, handling site office operations, coordinating staff attendance, processing leave forms, and managing filing systems. The role also involves liaising with the head office for HR, finance, and procurement matters, and supporting site management in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
 Skill Requirement
  • A Site Admin Clerk should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation efficiently. Good communication, time management, and basic computer proficiency are essential. The role also requires teamwork, problem-solving ability, discretion in handling sensitive information, and adaptability to site operations.
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of site operations or construction industry is an advantage
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken)
  • At least 1 year of clerical/administrative experience preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
