We are seeking a competent and responsible Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to monitor and enforce occupational safety and health requirements at the construction site.
The successful candidate will ensure that site activities comply with applicable Malaysian legislation, DOSH requirements, company safety policies, and approved safe work procedures.

•Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices.
•Good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
•Knowledge of HIRARC, JSA/JHA, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
•Good knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
•Ability to conduct site safety inspections and identify hazards.
•Good knowledge of working-at-height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, hot work and confined-space safety.
•Good incident/accident investigation and reporting skills.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inductions.
•Strong leadership and ability to enforce safety rules with workers and subcontractors.
•Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Good documentation and report-writing skills.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

-Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction or related field.
-Valid DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) / Yellow Book.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site experience preferred.
-Experience in construction, civil, building or industrial projects is an advantage.
-First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Willing to work at the project/construction site.
