 Job Description
  • An IOW M&E is responsible for inspecting and monitoring mechanical and electrical installation works on a construction site to ensure they follow the approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
 Skill Requirement
  • Site experience in M&E construction is an advantage.
    Able to read and understand M&E drawings and specifications.
    Know how to check installation quality and identify defects.
    Able to communicate with contractors, engineers, and consultants.
    Able to prepare reports and inspection checklists.
    Understand construction site safety requirements.
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is commonly preferred.
    Registered at Board of Engineering Malaysia
    Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office is useful.
