 Job Description
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
    Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
    Support user accounts, email, Microsoft Office, Wi-Fi/LAN, and other company applications.
    Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.
    Assist with system updates, antivirus, backups, and basic IT security.
    Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when required.
    Provide general technical support and assist with IT projects.
 Skill Requirement
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant IT support experience is an advantage.
    Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
    Good communication skills and ability to provide support to users.
    Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
