Quality Assurance & Control (Construction)

Contractual

MYR 3,500.00 - 4,000.00

Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Conducting regular inspections and testing of construction materials, processes and completed work to identify and address any non-conformances.
Collaborating with project managers, site engineers and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality assurance activities.
Providing technical guidance and training to construction teams to promote a culture of quality.
Identifying opportunities for quality improvements and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.

Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance principles, construction methods and building codes.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
