 Job Description
  • 1. Taking-Off & Measurement

    Prepare accurate quantity taking-off from tender drawings / IFC drawings.

    Review, calculate, and update quantities based on drawing revisions.

    Prepare material summary for procurement purposes.

    2. Tender Documentation / BQ Preparation

    Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) accurately.

    Evaluate supplier/ subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.

    Assist in tender preparation and cost estimation.

    3. Site Measurement & Verification

    Carry out on-site measurement to verify actual work done.

    Prepare progress measurements for monthly claims.

    4. Progress Claim & Variation Order (VO)

    Prepare monthly progress claims to clients.

    Prepare Variation Orders (VO), including cost breakdown and supporting documents.

    5. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring

    Monitor project cost to ensure alignment with budget.

    Prepare cost reports, cost tracking, and cost forecasts.

    6. Coordination & Documentation

    Coordinate with site team, suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.

    Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
 Skill Requirement
  • Technical skills (cost estimation, software like BIM/CostX, contract basics, measurements), analytical/math skills, strong communication & teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving, and commercial awareness
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or any related
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
