Job Description
Available Internship Fields
Engineering (Civil / Structural / M&E)
Assist in site supervision, project documentation, and quality control. Learn to interpret technical drawings and support project engineers in day-to-day operations.
Quantity Surveying
Support the QS team in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, progress claims, and tender documents. Gain exposure to cost management and contract administration.
Architecture & Project Management
Participate in design coordination, project tracking, and site visits. Learn about design development, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
Human Resources & Administration
Assist in recruitment, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and administrative support. Learn how HR operations contribute to organizational success.
Finance & Accounts
Support the finance team with data entry, invoice processing, and financial reporting tasks. Gain exposure to accounting systems and internal control processes.
Marketing & Communications
Contribute to social media management, marketing materials, and event coordination. Learn to align brand identity and communication strategies.
Hospitality (Avani Kota Kinabalu Hotel)
Get hands-on experience in hotel operations, front office, F&B service, and guest relations. Learn the art of service excellence and teamwork in a pre-opening environment.
Skill Requirement
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Duration: Minimum 12 weeks (flexible based on academic requirements)
Qualication / Certification Requirement
Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
