Job Description
1. Serve as the front office image of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the premises or when answering or making phone calls.
2. Greet guests entering the premises, answering any questions, providing information and directions, and alerting management and staff on enquiries and appointments.
3. Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system.
4. Manage the building log of who enter and exit the premises.
5. Accept official deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
6. Maintain the reception and gallery area, keeping it clean, replenish brochures and free of clutter.
7. Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with application forms, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need.
8. Handle filing and data entry as requested.
9. Other duties to be assigned from time to time by Immediate Superior or the Management.
Skill Requirement
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese, and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a positive attitude, professional work ethic, and genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career as a Receptionist. Applicants seeking only short-term employment are not preferred.
Well-groomed, presentable, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Prior working experience as a Receptionist or in a related front desk/customer service role will be an added advantage.
Able to handle clients and visitors professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
Capable of explaining the Company’s basic projects and services confidently and clearly to clients and visitors.
Possess good time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
Qualication / Certification Requirement
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business/ any related field
