 Job Description
  • Providing administrative support for the HR team, including document management, filing, and data entry.
    Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    To assist in preparing monthly wages & overtime for workers under contractor, warehouse, Management Corporation and intern.
    To assist in Monthly Payroll processing and monthly statutory payment.
    To assist in preparing summary of attendance for HQ staff, ensure all attendance justified (if not in system) and keep track of employee’s lateness.
    To assist to compile and check monthly site worker’s punch card or thumbprint attendance report and overtime claim summary in order.
    To backup staff attendance record at thumbprint system & to monitor company CCTV system.
    To assist in drafting and typing correspondence Letter/HR Letters.
    To assist in checking and updating staff’s leave entitlement and personal details via system and filing system.
    Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
 Skill Requirement
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
    Unemployed after graduation for not more than 2 years or underemployed graduates
