 Job Description
  • A. Provide Administrative Support
    • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for sales applications and loan agreements.
    • Support in the collation and sorting of documents received from purchasers for government and bank loans.
    • Help maintain and update purchasers’ files, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping in both physical and digital systems.

    B. Assist in Communication
    • Liaise with purchasers to follow up on outstanding or incomplete documents, as guided by the Credit Control Officer.
    • Handle basic inquiries from purchasers, escalating complex matters to the Credit Control Officer or Manager.

    C. Support Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Assist in compiling basic data and supporting documents for daily and monthly reports on signing of SPAs and LAs.
    • Help in the preparation of supporting documents for Sales Agents’ Commission processing.

    D. Office Maintenance and General Duties
    • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
    • Undertake general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, and typing letters or memos as required.
    • Participate in departmental marketing or promotional activities as directed.

    E. Other Duties
    Perform other duties as assigned by the Credit Control Officer or Credit Control Manager

 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ any related field
    Unemployed after graduation for not more than 2 years or underemployed graduates
