Job Description
1. Ensure Quality System operates in line with ISO policies, procedures, and requirements.
2. Initiate and recommend improvements to the Quality System and follow up on implementation.
3. Coordinate with other departments to achieve corporate goals.
4. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into property systems (e.g., RoadRunner apps) and maintain manual records.
5. Prepare reports, organize documents, filing, and handle related forms, requisitions, and notices.
6. Manage inventory checks and maintain asset listings.
7. Prepare and send out related documents.
8. Communicate with Customer Service, Defect Team, and Property Management Team regarding customer complaints/requests and follow up for resolution.
9. Issue repair/maintenance requisition forms and seek approval from superior.
10. Coordinate defect management activities on site and submit required reports.
11. Liaise with relevant departments for coordinated reporting and actions.
12. Support both qualitative and quantitative departmental goals.
13. Ensure all policies, SOPs, and processes comply with ISO standards.
14. Act as liaison between departments to maintain effective communication.
15. Serve as reliever for Site Admin Clerk when necessary.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time
